Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of dental office experience and a passion for our mission of comprehensive patient care. We value self-motivation, positive energy, and dependability. This role has the potential for leadership and mentorship opportunities as our practice expands.

Responsibilities

Support the front office to ensure an efficient and comprehensive patient experience.
Manage productive hygiene and doctor schedules for multiple practitioners using a schedule-to-goal strategy.
Oversee patient communications to effectively schedule appointments and respond to inquiries.
Collect and organize patient medical histories and insurance details.
Ensure insurance verifications and authorizations are completed before patient visits.
Support the financial department with treatment plan descriptions and patient collections.
Provide ad hoc support to the back-office team when necessary.

Qualifications

1+ years of Dental Front Office Experience (Required)
Experience with Dentrix and Modento (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Strong customer service and patient-oriented skills.
Data and results-driven mindset.
A collaborative and influential team member.
Highly driven to grow within the practice.
Reliable, detailed, and efficient.
Adaptable in a fast-growing and changing environment.
Open to new technologies, processes, and systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Schedule

This is a part-time position. Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend availability is required.
