Job description:
Position: Front Office Coordinator/Marketing
Busy Orthodontic Office is looking to add a superstar to our front office team.
Summary:
This person will be the first smile the patients will see when they walk through the front door.
As front office coordinator, you will assist the practice manager with account receivables and practice statistics.
Other duties include:
Answering multiline phone
Checking patients in and out and scheduling appointments
Facilitate monthly in office events/contests
Other dental front office duties
Qualifications:
Comfortable Discussing financial arrangement and collecting money
At least 2 years dental experience pref. Orthodontic
Must be well spoken and VERY computer literate
Experience with Excel or Numbers, Word or Pages
You must be willing to travel to multiple locations.
