Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated Dental General Assistant with 1+ year of experience to join our team. You’ll provide comprehensive chairside support and play a key role in patient care within a state-of-the-art, team-oriented practice that values work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during restorative, preventive, and surgical procedures
- Digital and traditional impression taking
- Temporary crown fabrication and placement
- X-ray capturing and processing
- Composite and amalgam procedures
- Patient care coordination and communication
- Sterilization of instruments and operatory setup
- Front office support during clinical downtime (answering phones, scheduling, patient check-in/out)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Coronal Polish Certification required
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient comfort and safety

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate: $19–23 per hour, commensurate with experience
