Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Dental Assistant with at least 3 years of clinical experience to provide chairside support and streamline daily operations. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, offering a balanced schedule and opportunities for skill-building in both digital and traditional techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and procedures
• Fabricate and place temporary crowns with precision
• Capture digital and traditional impressions
• Perform dental X-rays and process images (DANB X-ray Certification required)
• Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure operatory readiness
• Coordinate patient care—from scheduling to follow-up
• Utilize Dentrix software for charting and patient records

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
• DANB X-ray Certification and current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid Dental Assistant Certification (RDA preferred)
• Proficiency in digital impression scanners and 3D printing equipment a plus
• Familiarity with Dentrix practice management software
• Strong communication and patient-service skills

Compensation
