Experienced Lead Oral Surgery Assistant - $25-28/hr + PTO & Benefits

Position Overview

Join a team-oriented, patient-centered practice equipped with state-of-the-art technology as an experienced Lead Oral Surgery Assistant. You’ll work closely with our surgical team to support implant placements, extractions, PRF procedures, bone grafts, and LANAP treatments, ensuring exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment for implant placements, extractions, PRF, bone graft, and LANAP procedures
• Assist the surgeon throughout all phases of surgery, anticipating needs and ensuring efficiency
• Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
• Educate and comfort patients before, during, and after procedures
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Oral Surgery Assistant
• Proficient in implant surgery, extractions, PRF, bone grafting, and LANAP protocols
• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterilization techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Dentrix proficiency for treatment planning and scheduling

Work Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, plus flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance
• M - Wed: 8:30- 5:00 (Subject to change)
• Tu- Th: 7:30 - 4:00 (Subject to change)
