Job Summary

As a Bilingual Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our young patients and their families. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience by managing appointments, handling patient registration, and providing outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the daily appointment schedule to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Prepare and provide patients and families with all necessary forms and informational documents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, answering questions and providing information.
• Escalate any issues or calls to the appropriate team members to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient with computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
