Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check in patients
- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle data entry
- Coordinate insurance verification and patient billing inquiries
- Answer multi-line phones and address patient questions with professionalism

Support front-office operations and uphold a smooth patient flow
-Treatment Planning Clearly explain treatment options and discuss financing options with patients to help them confidently navigate their dental care journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of dental reception or front-desk experience
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude and the ability to multitask

We offer a flexible schedule to promote a healthy work-life balance:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with every other Monday off)
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with every other Friday off)
