Dr. Marc Pospisil continues the legacy started by his father, combining experience, advanced technology, and a genuine focus on patient relationships.
Our team takes pride in creating a comfortable environment and delivering exceptional care to generations of families.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of insurance claims and adjustments
- Perform insurance verification, coordination, and preauthorization
- Manage billing processes and handle patient inquiries regarding statements
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and workflow
Schedule
- Monday, 7:30-2
- Tuesday through Thursday 7:30-5
- Friday 7:30-1:00
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Dental front office in a busy practice
- Strong knowledge of insurance billing, verification, and preauthorization protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Dentrix software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
