Position Overview:
We are seeking a positive, motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service to join our administrative and clinical team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in both administrative and clinical tasks as needed
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients
- Support team members in creating a world-class dental care experience
- Participate in community outreach events
- Uphold the practice's values through daily actions and intentions
Qualifications:
- Strong motivation and desire to learn within the dental field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) certification preferred for clinical roles, but not required
- Willingness to be trained for candidates without dental experience
