Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with orthodontic experience to join our fast-paced and friendly dental practice. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
- Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health.
- Perform various office tasks as requested by the office manager and dentist.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, with specific experience in orthodontics.
- Strong understanding of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dependable and collaborative team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Compensation and Schedule
- Position: Full-time or Part-time available
- Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience.
