We are seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona.

We are a small, dental practice that takes pride in building genuine, trusting relationships with our patients while providing high-quality care through a conservative, biomimetic, and holistic approach to dentistry.

Unlike traditional dental offices where dentists often juggle multiple patients simultaneously, we schedule one patient at a time, allowing our team to provide personalized attention without feeling rushed. This approach creates a more relaxed, organized, and rewarding environment for both our patients and staff.

We believe in bringing back the "old-fashioned" values of dentistry—personal relationships, exceptional service, attention to detail, and treating patients like individuals rather than numbers.

Who We're Looking For We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and personable Dental Assistant who enjoys connecting with patients and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Personality and communication skills are just as important to us as clinical abilities. Because we operate as a high-service boutique practice, we're especially interested in someone who is naturally outgoing, friendly, engaging, and comfortable building relationships with patients.

Genuinely enjoys interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable.

Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is confident, self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Values teamwork and is willing to assist wherever needed.

Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Is comfortable transitioning between clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Our practice focuses primarily on restorative and preventive dentistry, with most specialty procedures referred to trusted specialists.

What Makes Our Practice Different? We believe the right working environment makes an enormous difference in both job satisfaction and patient care.

At our office, you'll enjoy:

One patient at a time: A more focused, less chaotic environment without constantly juggling multiple treatment rooms.

Meaningful patient relationships: The opportunity to get to know patients personally and develop lasting connections.

Quality over quantity: An emphasis on exceptional care rather than rushing through a high volume of appointments.

A conservative philosophy: An approach centered on preserving natural tooth structure through biomimetic and biological dentistry.

A small, collaborative team: A workplace where your contributions are valued and your role truly matters.

Variety in your workday: The opportunity to develop and use both clinical and front-office skills.

Join Our Team If you are a talented Dental Assistant with an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and a passion for exceptional patient service, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply perform the technical duties of dental assisting. We want someone who enjoys people, contributes positively to our practice culture, and understands the value of providing a truly personalized dental experience.
