About the Company

Why Dentists Choose myDental

Dentist-owned and steady. We’ve grown to 11 locations across Central Texas without ever selling to private equity. Our doctors stay, and that shows up in your schedule and in your patient base.
Strong, consistent new-patient flow. Thousands of five-star reviews and continuous local marketing bring new patients through the door at every office, and the ones who stay become yours.
Complete clinical autonomy. No corporate quotas, no scripted case presentation, and no one second-guessing your diagnosis.
A team built around you. Dedicated assistants, in-house insurance verification and billing, and an experienced front office keep you chairside and productive.
A clear path to expand your scope. Grow into Invisalign, implants, and advanced restorative, with CE reimbursement to get you there.
Case acceptance support. Patient financing through Cherry means more of what you diagnose actually gets scheduled.
Modern facilities. Every location is equipped with current digital dental technology, well maintained and ready when you are.

What We're Looking For:

As the clinical lead at your location, you’ll care for patients, guide the team around you, and build a practice that people stay with for years. That takes:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program, with an active Texas dental license or license-eligible status
Strong clinical skills and the confidence to diagnose thoroughly, present comprehensive treatment plans, and see them through
A natural relationship-builder — patients trust you quickly, come back year after year, and send you their families
Comfort leading a clinical team: setting the standard, coaching your assistants, and partnering with your office manager on scheduling and case acceptance
A commitment to getting better every year, not just staying current
