Overview

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) | One-Hour, Single-Column Schedule

The Smilist Dental | Solvay, New York
Full-Time or Part-Time
$50-$60 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunity
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Candidates

One patient at a time. One-hour appointments. Patient care that never feels rushed.

We understand that joining a larger dental organization can raise questions about patient volume, production pressure, and whether you will have enough time to provide the level of care your patients deserve.

Our Solvay practice is designed differently.

This is not a high-volume, double-booked hygiene model. Our hygienists work from a single-column schedule with one-hour patient appointments, giving you the time to listen, educate, provide thorough care, and build meaningful relationships without rushing from chair to chair.

At The Smilist Dental, you will experience the close-knit feel of a local practice with the technology, benefits, training, and support of a growing dental organization.
