Position Overview
As a Dental Assistant on our team, you’ll empower patients through compassionate chairside support and cutting-edge techniques. We value our patients wellbeing above all — skills can be taught, but genuine care cannot.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with 3D imaging, laser treatments, drill-free dentistry, and air abrasion procedures
- Provide efficient chairside support during biomimetic and minimally invasive treatments
- Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and equipment calibration
- Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections and personalized care plans
- Collaborate with our team to refine workflows, select materials, and optimize patient experiences
Who You Are
- A caring professional with 1+ year of dental assisting experience or enthusiasm to learn advanced techniques
- Curious and growth-minded—eager to master a variety of dental modalities
- Reliable, punctual, and an excellent communicator who puts patients first
