Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity | Thomas Pham Dentistry Surprise, AZ

A rare opportunity is available to join our thriving, well-established private practice. Our long-time associate dentist is seeking to do a surgical residency out of state.

We're looking for an exceptional, patient-centered Associate Dentist who is passionate about providing high-quality care in a warm, family-focused environment.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Arizona.
Dedication to Excellence: A passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
Commitment to Continuous Learning: Exhibit a strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet the evolving needs of patients. We foster an environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans, ensuring seamless and comprehensive coverage for our patients.

Responsibilities

Clinical Scope

The incoming associate will provide comprehensive treatment in all aspects of general dentistry, including:

Crown & Bridge
Restorative Dentistry
Oral Surgery
Endodontic
Implants
Clear aligner

Requirements

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
2+ years’ experience
Valid AZ state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage

Practice Hours:

Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
