Position Overview

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in daily operations. This role is designed for growth into a Front Office Manager position, with quarterly bonuses based on office success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Verify dental insurance coverage and manage billing and claims
• Present treatment plans and explain financial options to patients
• Schedule and confirm appointments with flexible Monday–Thursday shifts
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data privacy
• Support team initiatives to create lasting patient relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental reception or front-desk experience
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage schedules and multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a Front Office Manager role
