Clove Dental is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team across our Ventura County offices.

Schedule & Locations

Monday–Tuesday: Riverpark – Oxnard
Thursday: Camarillo
Saturdays: Camarillo
1st & 3rd Saturdays: Thousand Oaks

Additional hours may be available across our network for candidates interested in a fuller schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Starting at $65/hour, with the potential for a higher rate depending on experience and schedule flexibility
Monthly Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn additional compensation each month
Procedure Bonuses:
- Arestin: $10/site
- Whitening: $50/treatment
- Irrigation: $5/quadrant
- Laser: $30/quadrant
Continuing Education: 50% reimbursement for approved clinical CE courses through our Hygiene Track program
Clove Care: Complimentary in-house dental membership valued at nearly $500 annually, including up to 3 cleanings, exams, and 10% off treatment

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Take and review digital X-rays
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment

Requirements

Active California Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Dependable and professional
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
Willing to travel between Oxnard, Camarillo, Ventura, and Thousand Oaks
