Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Dental Hygienist with a passion for dentistry to join our team. In this role, you will focus on hygiene and restorative fillings (if certified), provide essential support to our dentist, and handle other tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform restorative fillings and assist with other restorative tasks as needed.
- Take x-rays and perform thorough cleanings when required.
- Maintain accurate and legible dental records for each patient.
- Clearly explain dental procedures to patients with care and understanding.
- Ensure proper infection control measures are followed at all times.
- Stay informed about current dental hygiene laws and regulations.
- Contribute positively to the office environment by being a team player.
Qualifications:
- Must be an Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist with BLS CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is desirable but not required.
- Restorative certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Signing Bonus: $1,500
