Overview

We’re a collaborative, patient-centered private practice with an all-female team and an outstanding online reputation. We’re looking for the right hygienist to join our culture - someone who loves connecting with patients, is bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required), and values a supportive, team-first environment. We’re open to flexibility on days and hours - and even earlier start times (e.x., 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) if that works better for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Capture and process dental radiographs
• Deliver preventive treatments and patient education
• Conduct periodontal maintenance and assist with treatment planning

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Certification in local anesthesia and laser technology a plus
• Current CPR and BLS certification
• Bilingual Preferred English / Spanish (Not Required)

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: 49–55/hr
• PTO (available if working 32+ hours/week)
• Immediate family dental care coverage - free to your family
• Bonus Programs (based on performance): Google Review Bonus: 10 reviews = 50 (many hygienists earn 100+ per month)

Production Bonus: 3x production goal = up to 50/day (up to 200/week for 4 days if targets are met)

Work Schedule

We’re flexible! We can accommodate different days and earlier start times:

• Example: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday optional (every week or 2nd & 4th Fridays) Traditional Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00AM - 4:00PM (Every Friday -or- 2nd & 4th of every month / optional)
