About the Role

We are a growth-oriented dental practice with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a collaborative team environment. We are looking for an experienced and motivated front office professional to join our team and help deliver an exceptional patient experience from the very first interaction.

What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
Coordinate insurance verification and billing processes
Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

What We're Looking For

3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with dental practice management software
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Schedule

Monday through Thursday (4-day work week)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $22 - $24 per hour, dependent on experience
