What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm and professional experience
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient follow-ups
Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and process billing and claims
Maintain accurate patient records and manage front desk communications
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

3+ years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience
Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance verification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-first attitude with a desire to grow professionally
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment -Dentrix Software

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $23 - $25 per hour, based on experience
