This is a one-of-a-kind full-time opportunity with a fantastic work/life balance: Monday and Tuesday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 am-4 pm

We are expanding and looking for a front-office concierge. We are seeking someone who is motivated by delivering first-class customer service with a smile! Our amazing new team member will excel in:

· Providing a 5-star service approach to patient care · Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal · Focusing on developing professionally within our practice vision · Creating connections & relationships with others · Exemplifying being a team player · Being punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable · Having at least 1 year of proven dental office experience · Exceptional computer skills Experience in General Dentistry Treatment and Insurance Coordinating and presenting treatment plans to patients. Scheduling Our team is best characterized by the relationships we have with our patients and each other.
