About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Treatment Coordinator and/or Office Administrator to take the lead at our thriving flagship practice. What You'll Do

Serve as the patient liaison — creating a warm, positive first impression for every patient
Coordinate and present treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and a consultative (outcome-focused) approach to maximize patient case acceptance
Manage front office operations including scheduling, patient records, insurance verification, and billing
Communicate effectively with patients, clinical staff, and providers to ensure seamless daily operations
Support the overall administrative needs of the practice and help drive office efficiency
Contribute to a growth-oriented culture by meeting and exceeding practice goals

What We're Looking For

3+ years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes
Proven ability to present treatment plans and guide patients through financial options (sales experience is a must!)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-first attitude that aligns with our patient-centered values

Schedule

Monday through Saturday (one Saturday per month) (full-time availability)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $20 – $30 per hour, based on experience and skills
