Job Type: Part-time - 1 day per week.
We are a privately-owned, fast-paced general dental practice located in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore, MD. Our practice is broad-spectrum, technologically advanced and currently undergoing a period of growth with many exciting changes. We have a fully-renovated new state-of-the-art office facility and the most current technology and equipment. We are a patient-centered office that prioritizes patient education and top-notch, comprehensive, comfortable care that is of the highest standard. We offer a broad spectrum of high-level dental services in our practice including all aspects of restorative and general dentistry- fillings, crown/bridge, veneers, dentures/partials, nightguards, pediatric dentistry, etc., as well as advanced specialty treatments such as aligner orthodontics, advanced oral surgery- bone grafting, sinus lifting, implant placement, implant restoration including overdentures and full-arch fixed implant reconstructions (All-on-4/All-on-X), endodontics including molar endo, botulinum toxin/dermal fillers, sleep wellness dentistry and sleep appliances. We are a very established office with a great patient base and a strong periodontal program. We are bringing in new patients and growing daily. Our practice recently underwent a full renovation & expansion and we will have all brand new equipment and technology! Technology includes Biolase Epic Hygiene laser, Dentsply Sirona Cavitron 300s, Cerec PrimeScan, digital records & radiographs, CBCT/digital PAN, with advanced technology continuously being added.

You will be able to become an integral part of our dental team to educate patients and help deliver care that is the absolute best option for the patients! We believe in creating a “dental home” for our patients by offering them the convenience of having all or most of their dental work completed here in our office.
Your clinical expertise will be valued and you will have autonomy to play a role in periodontal treatment planning. We very highly value patient education and we are looking for hygienists who share this philosophy and enjoy teaching patients about all aspects of oral health and promoting comprehensive care treatment that is of the highest-standard! Implant maintenance and implant education is also important to us and you will have more and more opportunities to help patients care for their dental implants.
You will focus on delivering excellent dental hygiene care — including prophylaxis, SRP, and implant maintenance — using our state-of-the-art technology such as the Biolase Epic Hygiene laser and Dentsply Sirona Cavitron 300s, in a supportive, team-centered environment.
RDH License (Required)
No minimum experience required, however, the ability to administer dental anesthesia is a plus as we complete non-surgical periodontal therapy regularly.

Pay: $50–$70/hour (Base hourly pay with a strong production-based bonus system that allows productive hygienists to earn without limit.)
