Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting oral health and providing high-quality care to our patients.
This part-time position requires availability on:
- Mondays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Fridays from 8 AM to 3 PM
- Two Wednesdays each month from 8 AM to 3 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive dental care procedures including prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance.
- Administer fluoride treatments as part of comprehensive oral health care.
- Conduct diagnostic care using digital intraoral radiography.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Dentrix software; training provided if necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in computer skills; familiarity with Dentrix is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from 55 to 65 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
