Position details
- Job type: Full‑time or part‑time (flexible days, Mon-Thurs)
- Location: Keystone Dental – North Seattle (Green Lake area)
- Compensation: Hourly salary range 70–80 (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality preventative care, including comprehensive periodontal charting, scaling and root planing, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) using our EMS unit.
- Take and interpret appropriate radiographs, document findings, and communicate clearly with the doctor and team.
- Educate patients on home care, periodontal health, and risk‑factor reduction in a calm, respectful manner.
- Collaborate with the dentist and team to deliver evidence‑based, comprehensive care with efficient, on‑time visits.
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols and help keep the operatory organized and well‑stocked.
Requirements
- Current WA State Registered Dental Hygienist license (required)
- Strong periodontal assessment and non‑surgical therapy skills, including interest in GBT/EMS technology
- Comfort discussing treatment needs and educating patients one‑on‑one
- Team‑oriented mindset, reliability, and good communication
- New grads and experienced hygienists are both encouraged to apply
