About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform radiographs, cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventative treatments
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
- Educate patients on oral-systemic health and home care strategies
- Build lasting relationships through patient-centered care
- Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team using modern technology (DentalAI, Overjet)
What We’re Looking For
- Active WA RDH license
- Graduate of an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- New graduates welcome

- Hourly pay range: $67–$72 per hour plus production bonus opportunity

Schedule
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (flexible scheduling)
