Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Full Time
Berkeley, CA | Tuesday - Friday | $75 - $80/hr
Focus on patients, not quotas.
At Total Health Dental Care, we let our hygienists do what they do best: take care of people. No production targets. No pressure to upsell. Just thorough, unhurried care.
Most practices tie hygiene to production targets, which quietly turns every appointment into a sales conversation. We are fee-for-service, and we do not run hygiene on quotas.
That matters day to day. When a patient needs perio therapy, you recommend it because they need it. When they don't, you say so. You get to be the clinician you trained to be instead of managing a number.
We also have specialists in-house across periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery - so when a patient needs more than hygiene, there is somewhere real to refer them and someone to learn from.
If you love connecting with patients and creating great experiences, apply today.
