Financial Treatment Coordinator
Prime Integrative Dentistry | Flower Mound, TX Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends
Prime Integrative Dentistry is looking for a warm, confident, and highly personable Financial Treatment Coordinator who loves helping patients understand their treatment options and feel comfortable moving forward with the care they need.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally good with people, comfortable discussing finances, and able to explain treatment plans in a way that is clear, compassionate, and easy to understand.
You will play an important role in helping patients say “yes” to treatment by removing confusion, answering financial questions, reviewing insurance benefits, and helping patients find practical ways to make dentistry fit within their budget.
We are looking for someone who is:
Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Front Office Assistant is highly preferred.
Experience with dental financing programs such as CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit, or similar programs is a plus.
