Golden Peak Dental Lakewood, CO Full-Time | Monday–Friday Flexible Schedules $60–$65 per hour
Golden Peak Dental is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
If you're looking for a practice where you can build real patient relationships, work alongside strong doctors and teammates, and have the time and support to provide excellent care, Golden Peak is worth a conversation.
We're a locally operated dental practice with deep roots in the community and a simple philosophy: treat patients like family, educate them well, and provide dentistry we can be proud of.
Golden Peak isn't looking for someone to simply move patients through a hygiene column.
Our hygienists are important partners in prevention, periodontal health, patient education, and comprehensive treatment. You'll have the opportunity to get to know your patients, help them understand what's happening with their oral health, and work closely with our doctors to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
Patient education is a major part of how Golden Peak practices dentistry. We use clinical photos, conversations, and comprehensive exams to help patients understand their options and make informed decisions about their health.
New graduates are welcome. Golden Peak offers mentorship and professional development to help newer hygienists build confidence and strong clinical habits as they transition into practice.
Golden Peak Dental has more than 50 years of history caring for patients in the Golden, Lakewood, and Wheat Ridge communities.
Our doctors believe great dentistry starts with genuine care. We take the time to listen, explain, and make sure patients feel comfortable and confident about their treatment.
For our team, that means working in a practice that values clinical quality, patient relationships, education, teamwork, and doing things the right way.
If you're looking for $60–$65 per hour, a four-day workweek, Fridays and weekends off, and a team that values the role hygiene plays in great patient care, we'd love to meet you.
