We’re looking for a motivated General Dental Assistant with 1+ years of experience to join our patient-focused, team-oriented practice. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional chairside support, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and maintaining high standards of sterilization and safety.

Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during composite and amalgam procedures
- Take, develop, and review dental X-rays
- Perform sterilization duties and maintain a clean operatory
- Coordinate patient care, answer questions, and ensure patient comfort
- Assist with front-desk support and administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize **Curve Dental ** for scheduling, charting, and patient records
- Operate Curve to support clinical workflows and digital documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- DANB X-ray Certification (required)
- CPR/BLS Certification (preferred)
- Dental Assistant Certification (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to a patient-centered approach and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $16 - $23 per hour (commensurate with experience and certifications)
