We’re currently seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant who brings experience, professionalism, and a great attitude to our growing practice.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful connections with patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for
- Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures, including:
- Wire changes and adjustments
- Appliance deliveries
- Bonding and debonding
- Band seating
- Capture intraoral photos and digital scans
- Pour and mount models; fabricate Essix-style retainers and splints
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Support daily operations including charting, stocking, and organization
Requirements
- Previous orthodontic assisting experience (required)
- A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for helping others and being part of a great team
