While this role is based at our Boston Dental Lake Mead (Summerlin) location, we also have additional opportunities available across multiple BDG offices throughout the Las Vegas valley, offering flexibility in location and schedule for the right candidates.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation & Rewards
- Competitive Base Pay: $60–$65/hour ($124,800–$135,200 annually full-time)
- Performance Earnings Potential: Up to $86/hour or $180,000+ annually with production/collection-based incentives
- $4,000 Sign-On Bonus: Available for full-time team members with a 1-year commitment
- Continuing Education: 16+ CE credits annually through live courses and webinars led by a nationally recognized Hygiene Mentor
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for Full-Time
- Flexible scheduling options available (full-time required for sign-on bonus eligibility)
- Additional full-time and part-time opportunities available at other BDG locations across Las Vegas

Requirements
- Dental Hygiene degree or certification from an accredited program
