Dental Assistant - $22-25/hr + Bonus & Benefits

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with 1+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll work Monday–Friday in a friendly, patient-centered practice where collaboration, positivity, and exceptional care are top priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Take digital and traditional impressions
• Capture diagnostic X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification preferred or required)
• Fabricate temporary crowns
• Perform sterilization and infection control duties
• Support team-oriented workflow and maintain a positive patient experience

Who You Are

• 1+ years of dental assisting experience
• DANB X-ray Certification and Dental Assistant Certification
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to sterilization and safety protocols
• Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: 22–25 per hour
• Eligibility for bonus structure after 90 days
