Join a patient-centered, team-focused dental practice that values work-life balance. We’re seeking an experienced General Assistant to support our clinical team and ensure exceptional patient care Monday through Friday.
We are a Independent Family Practice with a Team of 10, including 1 dentist, 1 office manager 4 dental assistants, 1 sterile tech and 3 front desk.. Our practice is equipped with modern technology including Open Dental, Primescan, SOTA, allowing our team to deliver efficient, high-quality care every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Take digital and traditional impressions
- Fabricate temporary crowns
- Perform X-ray imaging and processing
- Assist with composite and amalgam restorations
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Requirements
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- State-issued X-ray certification
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and procedures
- Proficient in digital impression techniques and X-ray operation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient comfort and safety
Preferred
- CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) or EFDA credential
