Position Overview

Join a friendly, patient-centered dental office as a Dental Receptionist. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our practice, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and supported. If you have 1+ years of reception experience and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a positive, professional demeanor
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and update billing information
• Assist with insurance verifications and patient inquiries
• Coordinate daily office flow and support clinical staff as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dental or medical reception experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and MS Office
• Friendly, patient-focused attitude and team-player mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
