Overview
We are seeking a dedicated General Assistant with a strong background in dental practice and a passion for patient care. If you have 3+ years of experience and thrive in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment with a focus on work-life balance, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable chairside assistance during composite and amalgam procedures
- Capture high-quality digital and traditional impressions
- Perform dental X-rays in accordance with safety protocols
- Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Coordinate patient care, appointments, and follow-up communication
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on dental assisting experience
- DANB X-ray Certification and Dental Assistant Certification required
- RDA and/or EFDA Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and sterilization techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Compensation
Hourly pay range: $19 - $26 per hour
