Position Overview
We’re seeking a New Graduate Dental Hygienist to join our practice. You’ll work Monday through Thursday in a supportive environment that values professional growth, patient education, and preventative care.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Capture and interpret radiographs
- Educate patients on oral health and preventative treatment
- Conduct oral health assessments and contribute to treatment planning
- Maintain thorough setup and take-down routines for hour-long appointments
- Collaborate with assistants during staggered schedules when needed
Requirements
- Dental hygiene degree and relevant licensure
- New graduate or entry-level experience welcome
- Proficiency with loupes and headlight (required)
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused demeanor
- Ability to manage a structured schedule with hour-long appointments and lunch breaks
