Overview
We’re seeking a New Graduate Dental Hygienist to join our practice. You’ll work Monday through Thursday in a supportive environment that values professional growth, patient education, and preventative care.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, SRP, and periodontal maintenance using Piezo scalers
- Capture, interpret, and document radiographs within our practice management software
- Educate patients on oral health, preventative treatment, and personalized home care plans
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and contribute to treatment planning
- Utilize the Trios 5 and Omnicam scanners as part of routine hygiene workflows
- Maintain thorough setup and take-down routines for hour-long appointments
- Collaborate with assistants during staggered schedules when needed
Requirements
- Dental hygiene degree and active RDH license in the state of practice
- New graduate or entry-level experience welcome
- Proficiency with loupes and headlight (required)
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused demeanor
- Ability to manage a structured schedule with hour-long appointments and lunch breaks
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $50–$65/hour based on experience and qualifications
