This is not just a front desk role — this is a leadership position with significant monthly bonus potential for meeting practice goals. You will own the front desk results, drive accountability, elevate patient experience, and lead the team with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities Own the Front Desk goals and results Lead the team including back office support to achieve goals listed here Lead daily operations, patient flow, and schedule optimization Ensure prime-time scheduling is maximized and efficiently filled Drive Accountability Hold the front team to clear standards, systems, and follow-through Ensure all protocols (calls, scheduling, handoffs) are executed consistently Manage Accounts Receivable & Financial Clarity Oversee AR, insurance follow-ups, and patient balances Ensure accuracy in billing, adjustments, and collections Deliver the WOW Patient Experience Create a seamless journey from first call to walk-out Lead with warmth, confidence, and proactive communication Leadership & Team Development Coach, train, and elevate team performance Identify gaps and implement solutions quickly Build a culture of ownership, not excuses Systems & Growth Work closely with leadership to improve systems and efficiency Help drive practice growth through strong patient conversion and retention
Qualifications Minimum 5+ years dental front desk experience (REQUIRED) Strong leadership presence — you don’t wait to be told, you take ownership Solid understanding of Dentrix, insurance, and AR systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication — confident, clear, and patient-focused Growth mindset — open to feedback, committed to leveling up
Schedule Full-time (Includes 2 evenings and 2 Saturdays)
