Key Responsibilities
- Assist the oral and maxillofacial surgeon during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Manage patient flow by greeting and reassuring patients
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and ensure comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with clinical and support staff to uphold a seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of OMS assisting experience
- Strong understanding of surgical protocols and sterilization techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
