Registered Dental Hygienist – Private Practice
📍 Location: Frisco, Texas 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | $50-60/hr based on experience

We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is not only skilled clinically, but also passionate about patient education, prevention, and building lasting relationships.
✨ What You’ll Do: • Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care, including cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance • Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment needs in a clear and encouraging way • Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos as needed • Perform comprehensive periodontal charting and screenings • Identify areas of concern and communicate findings to the doctor and patient • Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For: • Active Texas Dental Hygiene License • CPR/BLS certification • Minimum 1 year of clinical hygiene experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical skills welcome to apply) • Strong knowledge of periodontal disease and patient education • Comfortable discussing treatment and helping patients understand their needs • Experience with Open Dental is a plus • Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused • A calm, confident chairside presence with a gentle touch
