Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate New Graduate Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, team-oriented practice. You’ll deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive mentorship environment, helping patients achieve optimal oral health while developing your clinical skills.
What You’ll Do
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and take radiographs
- Educate patients on preventative treatment and home care techniques
- Assist with treatment planning and patient consultations
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient experiences
Who You Are
- Recent graduate from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Dental Hygienist
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a supportive, team-based setting

Compensation & Bonuses
- Hourly pay range: $60 - $68 per hour
- Sign-on bonus upon hire
- Production bonuses and Invisalign case bonuses
