About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments
- Diagnose oral health issues and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize digital imaging and modern diagnostic tools for accurate assessments
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold all safety and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Active NJ dental license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical dentistry experience
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
- Proficiency with CEREC and iTero
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time or full-time availability, primarily Tuesdays and Saturdays with flexible hours

Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year for full time. Part time is prorated.
