About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead Dental Assistant with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growth-oriented, patient-centered practice. You’ll work in a team-oriented environment alongside skilled professionals, helping deliver exceptional care and create positive patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during a variety of procedures, including composite and amalgam restorations
- Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns
- Take and develop digital/traditional impressions
- Perform X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification preferred)
- Coordinate patient care and manage treatment flow
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure a safe environment
- Support CEREC workflows and implant procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assistant experience, with implant knowledge preferred
- Dental Assistant Certification
- DANB X-ray Certification (required or in progress)
- Coronal Polish Certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Dentrix software and CEREC systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule & Compensation
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
- Competitive hourly pay: $23 - $27 per hour
