Overview
We’re seeking an Experienced Patient Coordinator with 6+ years of hands-on experience to join our team-oriented, patient-centered dental practice. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage front-desk operations
- Schedule and confirm appointments across Monday–Friday
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with billing inquiries
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and files
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a dental receptionist
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and MS Office
- Patient-centered approach and a team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: 16 – 24 USD per hour, or based on experience
