We are a high-end, modern, patient-focused dental practice seeking a full-time, motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or RDAEF to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during general, cosmetic & implant procedures
- Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms
- Taking digital X-rays & 3D CBCT scans, Itero scans, dental photos
- Sterilization & infection control
- Patient education & comfort
- Assist with veneers, crowns, implants, and advanced procedures (RDAEF)
Qualifications
- Current California RDA or RDAEF license
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- Excellent communication & patient care skills
- Strong work ethic, professionalism & attention to detail
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Experience with IV sedation is a Plus

- Cosmetic & implant assisting experience
- Social media / content creation comfort
Compensation
- Salary: $30 - $36 per hour
