Responsibilities
- Place sealants on primary and permanent teeth
- Manage pediatric patient behavior and ensure a calm, reassuring environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Assist chairside with pediatric dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques; operate dental X-ray equipment and maintain accurate patient records in practice management software.
Requirements
- New dental graduate ready to launch a career in pediatric dentistry
- Passionate about patient comfort and child-friendly care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: 16 - 20 per hour
