Position Overview
Are you an experienced Dental Hygienist looking to join a collaborative, patient-focused practice? We’re seeking a dedicated professional with 1+ years of experience to deliver exceptional oral care and foster a positive patient experience. Our office is a busy, two doctor, privately owned practice highly focused on quality and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Periodontal evaluations - Our hygienists are entrusted with evaluating and making proper recommendation for each patient based on their individual oral health needs.
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and root planing as needed
- Conduct thorough oral health assessments and radiographs
- Provide preventative treatments and treatment planning support
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices
- Office utilizes Open Dental and Dexis software systems
- One hour provided per patient
- Cavitron and Freedom cordless prophy angles provided, as well as, Nitrous oxide in each hygiene operatory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist
- WA state active Dental Hygiene license required
- Proficient in radiographic imaging and periodontal assessments
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a friendly, positive attitude

Schedule & Culture
- Work schedule includes Thursdays with flexible additional days. Currently looking for two days but option for full-time to cover maternity leave from May-August.
- Office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM (First patient at 8:00 AM) to 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch block at 1:00 PM
