Overview
We are seeking a dedicated General Assistant with 3+ years of experience in a family-owned dental practice. Join our team Monday through Friday in a friendly, team-oriented environment where collaborative decision-making and positive patient experiences are our top priorities.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform dental X-rays and maintain imaging records
- Take digital and traditional impressions
- Execute sterilization and infection control procedures
- Provide chairside assistance during restorative and preventive treatments
- Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns
- Assist with composite and amalgam procedures
- Coordinate patient care and prepare treatment rooms
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dental assisting or a similar role
- Dental Assistant Certification required
- DANB X-ray Certification required
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
