Overview
We are seeking an experienced front office professional to support and optimize daily operations at our Interstate office. This role oversees scheduling, financial accuracy, patient flow, and team coordination to ensure smooth, efficient operations and an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate daily patient schedules and optimize office workflow to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain patient records, treatment plans, and ledgers in Daisy Dental Software
- Monitor production, collections, and accounts receivable
- Post charges, payments, credits, and adjustments accurately
- Verify insurance, submit claims, and follow up on unpaid claims
- Actively support staff training initiatives, foster team accountability, and ensure seamless daily operational execution.
- Proactively address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a consistently positive patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office protocols
Requirements
- Strong Daisy Dental Software experience (required)
- 5+ years dental office operations experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental billing procedures, insurance verification and claims processing, and efficient patient scheduling systems.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of independent work while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.

- Schedule: Monday, Thursday and Saturday
- Compensation: $30-$32/hour
